I wanted to share some of the measures that we’re taking to ensure SuperAwesome’s services remain unaffected by the Covid-19 pandemic.
We’re following advice from the authorities in each of our regions. At this point we’ve shifted all of our global teams to working from home, along with implementing additional systems and processes to reflect that change. As a distributed business by default, we are accustomed to working remotely so you can expect all our services and support to remain fully functional. All of your SuperAwesome contacts will remain accessible on their normal channels, with minimal impact on day-to-day relationships.
Our mission to make the internet safer for kids has never been more important: According to UNESCO, 85+ countries have closed schools nationwide at the time of this message, meaning that over 777 million children are spending dramatically more time on digital devices during this period. This level will almost certainly increase, so it’s critical that our infrastructure is available to ensure safety and privacy across all kids’ digital engagements.
